Terms and Conditions for OneFeed

Welcome to OneFeed. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OneFeed mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are:

OneFeed is operated from Canada and is designed for users in the United Kingdom. The app helps UK citizens engage with political representatives through AI-generated, customizable communication.

2. Eligibility:

You must be at least 16 years old to use OneFeed. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account:

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your email and location.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content:

You may upload basic content such as a profile name and image. You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant OneFeed a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.

Do not upload content that is:

- Illegal, hateful, or misleading

- Copyrighted or violates others’ rights

- Harassing or abusive

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Use of AI and Message Delivery

OneFeed uses AI to help generate prewritten political messages. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any message before sending. We cannot guarantee delivery of messages to third parties (e.g., MPs) nor the results of such communications.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

- Use the Service for unlawful or malicious purposes

- Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app

- Attempt to impersonate others

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse or rule violations.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (e.g., analytics or email tools). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee political outcomes or responses to your messages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneFeed and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
